I bought my car from Motoplex and was looked after by Nelly, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He handled everything and couldn't have done any more to make the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone there made me feel at ease and were so helpful.

When I came to pick my car up, I was surprised with a lovely bunch of flowers waiting inside "“ such a thoughtful touch that made the day even more special!

A few months later, I had a small fault with the car. I called them and within 10 minutes, Nelly was at my door! He took the car away, and Thomas then took over "“ he was equally fantastic, keeping me updated the whole time.

The car is now back and I love it just as much as the day I bought it. Thank you so much to Nelly, Thomas, and the whole Motoplex team for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Despite being the other side of the country they had the car valeted and delivered to me the day after purchase. Vehicle was missing a parcel shelf from previous owner but Neil worked hard to get one purchased and delivered to me in great time. Their communication is great and nothing is too much bother. 5 star service! Found a car on the website and enquired quite late in the evening to be pleasantly surprised to be sent a walk around video by Adam.
This really set the tone of the whole experience with Adam, taking time to call the next day and talk through my trade in and value and come up with a deal that worked.
From initial conversation to delivery of the car was less than 4 days and every aspect of the deal was brilliant!
After months of frustration dealing with larger garages and dealerships, it just shows that sometimes its the personal touch that counts!

Haven't been on Motoplex website for a while but now I have it's great to see these lads doing well. I bought a beautiful Audi TT from the guys a couple of years ago that has been absolutely faultless. Great folks to deal with, professional, respectful and honest. From start to finish I couldn't have been happier with the way my car purchase was dealt with. I discussed in depth with Mike what I needed in a car, and he almost immediately sourced several options of vehicle, had them all available for test drive for me, and then upon choosing my car Mike had it MOT'd, serviced, and Valeted in no time at all. He's been available on the other end of the phone to answer every question I've had along the way and honestly I don't think he could have done more for me in regards to customer care. Absolute 10/10 service from himself and the team at Motoplex!

I arrived to view a car slight delay but when it arrived there was no pressure from the sales team I took my time overseeing the vehicle. I was then offered the keys to take the vehicle for a test run on my own which was a pleasant surprise. On my return we went into the sales office to look at all relevant paperwork although I was pretty sure on the purchase I went home to think. Still no pressure. Next day I completed my purchase and had the car delivered to me by a very friendly polite gentleman. I found this company professional polite and patient I can highly recommend them

After taking it else where and received silly undervalued offers, these lads where happy to help me out, and they went above and beyond!

I felt looked after from start to finish and not a moment went by where I felt I wasn't updated, not only did they sell my car, I got more than what I was expecting. They literally took every bit of stress out of selling a car, they were able to gather all the relative paperwork, clean the car to a showroom standard, advertise it and I didn't have to deal with 1 time waster.

Despite the difficulties of trying to buy a car from over 330miles away during lockdown, Mike made me feel comfortable & reassured. Not only did they offer a great price on the car but were able to MOT it & deliver it the same day! My car arrived in Devon at 23:30 on the same day I bought it"¦! So, I always leave it a while before leaving a review because it's easy to leave a glowing review whilst you're still high on the excitement of buying a new car. A couple of months after receiving the car, the boot completely stopped working & wouldn't open. Rather annoyed, particularly over the Xmas season where the use of a boot for shopping would have been helpful, I made a quick call to Mike who helped us deal with the situation quickly & efficiently. Great experience buying my Mazda and selling my Astra in px through Motoplex! Adam and Mike were so helpful the whole way through and understood what it's like buying a "˜new' car. The last time I bought a car was 7 years ago so I was a bit nervous to spend my money! However Adam was really understanding and I felt really at ease buying & selling from Motoplex.
